Bivizo offers international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and local customs processing.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Extended Delivery Areas: 10–25 business days

Shipping Fees

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Bivizo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to address issues may incur additional shipping fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will assist in investigating the issue with the logistics provider.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
